Ar y Tracs
Ar y Tracs (which is Welsh for 'On the Tracks'), is a Welsh + English language TV-film about a Swansea-to-London train crew. Ar y Tracs was written by Ruth Jones and Catrin Dafydd. Together, they have captured some truly lovely ('lyfli) characters, such as train manager Sophie (Mali Harries), who has her heart set on becoming a train driver just like the reliable Dyfrig (Richard Elis). Pandora (Ffion Williams), the ditsy trolley-dolly, works with Ellis 'Reality' Hughes (Sion Pritchard), who dreams of becoming a star, but is stuck manning the buffet carriage. There are also some very familiar faces with Aled Pugh (who plays Bobby in Stella) featuring as Gwenci, and Ruth Jones makes an appearance as Ingrid.
